Curriculum

Dr Giovannetti de Sanctis is a native of Rome, Italy. Dr Giovannetti de Sanctis attended Campus Bio-Medico Medical School in Rome (Italy), followed by Catholic University of Sacred Heart, Rome (Italy), where he trained in orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, and shoulder surgery.

In 2023, after his residency, he continued his training and moved to Nice, France, to become a « Hospital Assistant » in orthopaedic surgery at the world-renowned shoulder surgery centre, Institut Universitaire Locomoteur et du Sport (IULS)

In addition to his training in Italy, Dr Giovannetti de Sanctis acquired further training in shoulder surgery at specialised centres across Europe and the USA.

He completed a 6-month shoulder Fellowship at Centre Orthopédique Santy in Lyon (France), and also observed leading shoulder surgeons in Paris (France), Nice (France) and San Antonio and Boston (USA).
